{"id":3225,"date":"2024-04-14T17:36:49","date_gmt":"2024-04-14T15:36:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/unescochairgced.it\/?p=3225"},"modified":"2024-04-14T17:48:48","modified_gmt":"2024-04-14T15:48:48","slug":"new-voices-in-global-education-learning-2024","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/unescochairgced.it\/en\/2024\/04\/14\/new-voices-in-global-education-learning-2024\/","title":{"rendered":"New Voices in Global Education &amp; Learning 2024"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The &#8220;New Voices in Global Education &amp; Learning 2024&#8221; conference is a community led initiative, tailored for and designed by Early Career Researchers (ECRs) from the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/angel-network.net\/ECR_Network\">ANGEL ECR sub-network<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The event will take place online on <strong>7 June, 09:00 &#8211; 12:00 UK<\/strong> time and will be an opportunity to engage in interesting and meaningful discussions around Global Education and Learning, as defined by the &#8216;Dublin Declaration&#8217;, as well as to connect with other ECRs, get feedback on research and be inspired by other ECRs&#8217; research.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The conference will focus on <strong>4 main themes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Rethinking global citizenship education<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Global education and learning in practice<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Peace education in theory and practice<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The role of global education in a volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous world<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are a PhD student, or PhD awarded in the last 6, conducting research on this topic and you wish to participate please read the<a href=\"https:\/\/angel-network.net\/sites\/default\/files\/New%20Voices%20Conference%20Call.pdf\"> call for papers <\/a>now open which will close on <strong>30 April 2024.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please note that you must be a current ANGEL member to present at the event.
