{"id":3729,"date":"2024-10-17T10:55:10","date_gmt":"2024-10-17T08:55:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/unescochairgced.it\/?p=3729"},"modified":"2024-10-17T10:52:54","modified_gmt":"2024-10-17T08:52:54","slug":"changemakers-a-hackathon-for-climate-justice","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/unescochairgced.it\/en\/2024\/10\/17\/changemakers-a-hackathon-for-climate-justice\/","title":{"rendered":"Changemakers: a hackathon for climate justice"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The climate crisis must be faced now!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Do you want to know how the climate negotiations work and get in touch with young people from all over Italy?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On 7 November 2024, from 17.00 to 20.00, the online hackathon will take place, organised by CESVI in collaboration with INDIRE and experts from EUCLIPA and SYDIC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aimed at young people aged 20-35 from all over the country, the hackathon is part of the &#8220;Changemakers for Climate Justice. Youth in Action for Climate Justice&#8221;, which is co-financed by AICS &#8211; Italian Agency for Development Cooperation and in which the UNESCO Chair is a partner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the hackathon, the En-ROADS simulation model (developed by Climate Interactive) will be used to explore key technologies and policy solutions to tackle global warming.
