Anielka is examining the educational perspectives and concepts of Kenyan and South African academia and their contributions to international debates. The researcher is also involved in bringing equality, diversity and inclusion to the soccer industry through her role as Bursaries and Scholarships Manager at the University Campus of Football Business. She is a member of Women in Football, Fans For Diversity Guidance Group and National Council of Football Supporters Association.
